Rio Tinto, Kennecott mine near Salt Lake City, seeks a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, partnering with leaders to align workforce needs with strategy in a fast-paced, global setting.

You will build diverse pipelines, deliver market insights, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while coordinating across regions and ensuring smooth onboarding post-offer.

Formación

• Commitment to safety of self and team.
• Experience leading full-cycle talent acquisition for U.S.-based roles.
• Experience translating business needs into recruitment strategies and success profiles.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience advising hiring leaders using talent-market insights and inclusive hiring practices.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS to manage workflows and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and specialist roles across regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and shape recruitment plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment guidance to inform decisions.
• Deliver a consistent, respectful candidate experience with clear communication.
• Use Workday and metrics to track activity and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate recruitment across regions and time zones with HR partners.
• Support smooth onboarding after offer acceptance.
