Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• 10-15 years of general talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting market trends, technology enhancements, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function, including team structure, technology, and budget ownership.
• UKG experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans with HR leadership.
• Champion recruitment best practices and improve candidate experience.
• Establish and monitor TA KPIs and report progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the employer brand and EVP.
• Anticipate future recruiting needs and adapt strategies.
• Oversee TA budget and vendor contracts.
• Oversee CAF workforce planning and pipelines with campus leadership.
• Lead executive searches as needed.
• Travel for campus visits and events (10-20%).
