HCRS in Vermont seeks a full-time Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation to lead our HR team, shaping recruitment and compensation strategy across diverse programs.

The role partners with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, develop equitable hiring practices, and implement high-volume recruitment for clinicians and other professionals, with a mission-driven workplace and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• At least seven years in talent acquisition, recruitment, and compensation.
• At least three years leading recruitment or HR professionals.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies for high-volume, specialized roles.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, recruitment tech, and workforce data.

• Provide strategic leadership for talent acquisition and compensation.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain a diverse workforce.
• Partner with organizational leaders to anticipate workforce needs and improve recruitment practices.
