Job summary

Daley AndAssociates, LLC is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join as the first dedicated leader of recruiting in a rapidly growing SaaS fintech environment. The role is remote with Boston area focus, reporting to executive leadership and building the internal function from scratch.

The ideal candidate will drive strategy, scale processes, and implement AI-enabled tools, while partnering with senior leaders to attract top talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth organization.
• Proven experience establishing or scaling an in-house talent acquisition function.
• Strong hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting capabilities.
• Experience implementing ATS platforms and developing structured hiring processes.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, and data-driven hiring strategies.
• Ability to work directly with executives and influence hiring decisions.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing recruiters.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations.
• Build and implement recruiting processes, ATS technology, interview frameworks, and reporting tools.

• Monitor recruiting metrics, optimize hiring processes, and manage external agency relationships.
• Develop and eventually lead an internal recruiting team as the company expands.

Daley AndAssociates is partnering with a rapidly growingSaaS company in the financial technology space to identify a Director of Talent Acquisition.

This is a unique opportunity to become the organization's first dedicated Talent Acquisition leader, responsible for developing and executing its internal recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on recruiting professional who thrives in a high‑growth environment and has experience building talent acquisition functions from the ground up.

This individual will work closely with executive leadership, manage recruiting across the organization, and establish the infrastructure needed to support continued growth.
