Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Director of Systems Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary organization responsible for the architecture, development, and delivery of next-generation power conversion solutions.

This leader will provide strategic technical direction across systems, firmware, packaging, and magnetics while building a high-performing engineering team and influencing roadmaps across Analog Devices.

Qualifications

MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years in power electronics including DC/DC converter design and control loop analysis.
Experience mentoring engineers or leading teams.
Knowledge of firmware/embedded systems in power management.
Familiarity with power package design (thermal management, parasitic inductance).
Familiarity with magnetics design tradeoffs.
Strong communication to translate technical detail to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team across Systems, Firmware, Packaging, and Magnetics.
Define product roadmaps and conduct performance reviews.
Recruit and onboard new engineers as the team scales.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, Test, and Packaging.
Oversee architecture, control loops, and electrical design deliverables.
Drive schedule adherence for architecture reviews and test milestones.
