Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the global Product Marketing and Applications Engineering organization for Data Center Power Delivery.

You will connect market insight, semiconductor expertise, and customer execution to accelerate profitable growth, defining a differentiated roadmap for 48 V/54 V-to-core solutions and advancing power density and efficiency. The role requires 15+ years in power management and semiconductor applications, with global leadership experience

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years in power management, semiconductor applications, product management, or technical product marketing, including global leadership.
• Power architecture knowledge for data center, AI accelerators, server, or networking systems.
• Proven track record defining products and launching semiconductors.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive communication.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Export Compliance: export licensing review may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Define market strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with R&D.
• Translate market needs into product requirements and business cases.
• Drive pricing, lifecycle, and go-to-market decisions.
• Guide system architectures and validation platforms.
• Lead design-wins and customer engagements.
• Lead global team across Product Marketing and Applications Engineering.
