You will influence roadmaps, manage multiple IP programs, and drive low-power strategies, ensuring robust design practices and on-time delivery in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Led, coached, and retained a small analog/mixed-signal design team.
• Translates product requirements into analog specs and tradeoffs.
• Experience delivering multiple analog or mixed-signal SoC programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an analog design team with clear priorities.
• Own delivery of analog/mixed-signal IP for SoCs from design to production.
• Direct design of oscillators, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and power-management blocks.
• Guide system-level architecture and interface definitions with cross-functional teams.
• Establish design review practices across process corners and aging effects.
• Support silicon validation, root-cause analysis, and production issues.
