You will oversee cross-functional architecture teams, shipping innovative products and transforming the company’s hardware portfolio. This role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 15 years of System Design and Development experience or equivalent.
• Proven track record of leading global system development teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute complete programs to deliver reference systems, customized solutions, and new technology.
• Lead and develop strong, innovation-driven teams across disciplines.
• Drive change to create new value and market leadership.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Education

BSEE or similar technical degree

15 years of System Design and Development experience

Proven track record of leading global system development teams
