Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Principal Electrical Architect to lead server and rack-level solutions for hyperscale customers. You will work directly with customers and core technology suppliers to translate requirements into next-generation designs and architectures.

Responsibilities include driving system-level engineering strategy, developing long-term relationships in the core technology ecosystem, and delivering high-performance, secure server solutions with a focus on power and BMC/firmware

Qualifications

• BS or MS with extensive experience in hyperscale server design and production.
• Deep expertise in high-speed signaling, power budgeting, and system-level design.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional development from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of BMC firmware, UEFI/BIOS, and security hardware concepts.
• Experience with industry standards (DMTF Redfish) and datacenter topology.

Responsibilities

• Architect server and rack-level solutions for hyperscale customers.
• Lead integration of system-level engineering strategy with customers and suppliers.
• Build technical relationships to drive next-gen designs and customer requirements.
• Develop long-term server and power architecture directions and patent-grade IP.
• Collaborate with customers on concept and development of custom hyperscale designs.
• Solve performance and operational challenges to deliver business value for ZT hardware.
