Job summary

TALTRAN Global seeks a Director of Systems & Integration to own the tech and systems backbone across its platform of home services companies. You will translate the operating model into repeatable implementation plans, own data migration, coordinate with third-party partners, and drive adoption at operating companies.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of progressive experience in business systems, technology implementation, M&A integration, consulting, or PE portfolio operations.
• Demonstrated, hands-on AI proficiency with concrete examples of AI tools or workflows implemented and adopted.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing enterprise business systems (CRM/ERP/BI/field-service).
• Process-oriented project-management mindset with ability to own multiple workstreams and drive to completion.
• High energy, resourcefulness, and ability to build credibility with non-technical teams.
• Experience in home services, construction, field services, or similar operationally intensive industry; M&A integration ideal.
• No coding background required; ability to work with APIs, data structures, BI tools, and low-code automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the systems integration playbook for each acquired company—from data cleanup through go-live, with third-party partners.
• Serve as owner of the core technology stack: ServiceTitan, Zoho, QuickBooks Online, Portal.io, Ramp, and related systems.
• Partner with Finance on system integrations, standardized data, and consolidated reporting; evaluate future tools.
• Identify and implement AI tools/workflows that reduce manual work or improve decision-making for leaders.
• Build reporting dashboards/tools for daily visibility into the business.
• Develop a scalable systems roadmap and post-close integration playbook for future acquisitions.
• Manage software vendors and implementation partners: scope, timelines, budgets, risks, accountability.
• Collaborate with field operators, technicians, and leaders to translate needs into practical tech solutions and drive adoption.
• Optionally participate in acquisition meetings to discuss tech stack and operating model.
