Job summary

UpLevel Sourcing, LLC in North Carolina seeks a Director of Surgical Services to lead the Surgical unit, ensure policy adherence, staffing, inventory and patient flow. You will manage budgets and drive quality initiatives while fostering staff development in a community hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold RN license in NC, have leadership experience in OR, and a Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years as a charge nurse or supervisor in the OR.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in a small community hospital.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Surgical unit, directing organization and supervision.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and staffing standards.
• Oversee inventory and equipment management and patient flow optimization.
• Develop, implement, and manage departmental budgets.
• Champion continuous quality improvement and staff development.
