Qualifications

• Experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Prep Academy student transportation and related needs for Residential programming.
• Develop, evaluate, and monitor transportation routes for safety and efficiency.
• Communicate with agency staff, families, and vendors about transportation services and disruptions.
• Manage transportation budgets and expenditures within assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state rules and Board policies related to transportation.
• Support field trips, outside provider visits, and special events logistics.
• Assist with arrival/dismissal systems and vendor coordination.
