Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Director (up to VP) of Supply Chain to lead our early-stage energy-focused organization. You will negotiate supplier and partner agreements and own cost models and cost-down programs to drive unit economics over the next decade.

Ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership in hardware-intensive industries, hands-on production experience with contract manufacturers, strong negotiation skills, and proven ability to scale supply chains in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or global supply management in hardware-intensive industries.
• Hands-on production experience with contract manufacturers, OEMs, or similar partners.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex supplier and manufacturing agreements at high value.
• Strong technical foundation to engage with design engineers on manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of supplier and partner agreements shaping unit economics.
• Own bottoms-up cost model and cost-down programs for long-term targets.
• Drive daily execution, ramp, and issue resolution at partner sites.
• Scale a supply chain function in an early-stage or high-growth hardware company.
