Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a senior leader to direct end-to-end supply management across manufacturing sites in Simi Valley, CA and Chihuahua, MX. You will drive procurement, inventory, and supplier networks to meet production needs.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing, supplier performance, material availability, cross-site process improvements, risk mitigation, and data-driven continuous improvement to strengthen delivery and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing and procurement activities, including supplier selection and purchasing execution.
• Manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Own material availability and inventory optimization to support manufacturing needs.
• Improve cross-site supply processes and alignment between sites and enterprise stakeholders.
• Resolve supply risks in partnership with site and enterprise teams to strengthen delivery and cost performance.
