Blue Origin in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead planning, organizing, and delivering complex software-enabled inventory initiatives within the supply chain.

You will work with Inventory Control Operators, product managers, cross-functional teams, and software engineers to develop and manage detailed plans, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
• Experience with software engineering teams and Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to align multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive end-to-end adopted solutions and implementation plans for inventory management.
• Lead Inventory Control Operations priorities and drive efficiency of weekly throughput metrics.
• Collaborate with product management and software engineering to develop and manage software delivery plans.
• Maintain documentation, track milestones, manage risk, and communicate progress.
• Translate business requirements into executable technical deliverables with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve program risks and cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
