The Athenian School is seeking a Director of Summer Programs to provide strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and business management for ASP. Reporting to the COO, you will design programs, recruit staff, manage registrations, and safeguard safety standards on campus.

You will drive revenue, oversee budgeting, and collaborate with campus services while ensuring an inclusive, engaging environment for campers, families, and seasonal teams year-round.

Qualificações

• Experience leading camp administration or summer programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: manage budgets and drive revenue.
• Systems-savvy: comfortable with registration databases and payment software.
• Staff management: recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring seasonal staff.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee a diverse portfolio of summer camps and residential offerings.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate seasonal staff.
• Manage online registrations, payments, and invoicing.
• Develop and manage the ASP budget to meet financial goals.
• Ensure safety protocols, emergency procedures, and trainings.
