Ivy Tech Community College – Bloomington seeks a dedicated Assistant Director of Wraparound Services to advance student success, well-being, and retention by supervising Disability Support Services, IvyCares, and the Hive & Harvest Food Pantry.

The role focuses on coordination of accommodations, connections to campus and community resources, and case management, with collaboration across faculty and staff to create an inclusive, accessible learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, social work, higher education, disability services, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in higher education, college student personnel, counseling, leadership, student affairs administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting student retention, accessibility, and inclusive student support in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wraparound Services including Disability Support Services, IvyCares, and Hive & Harvest Food Pantry.
• Provide case management and accommodations planning for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure services are student-centered and equitable.
• Maintain FERPA, ADA, and institutional policy-compliant records.
