Starpoint Central School District seeks a Director of Student Services to lead district-wide student support programs, equity initiatives, and MTSS implementation. The role requires close collaboration with administrators, counselors, social workers, psychologists, and community partners to align services for students and families.

The Director will oversee the Family Support Center, supervise staff, coordinate services and grants, ensure safety and compliance, and promote restorative practices

Qualificações

• NYS certification as School District Leader (SDL) or eligibility for Administrator certification.
• NYS certification and experience as a School Social Worker, School Counselor, or School Psychologist.
• Building-level administrative experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of the Family Support Center and related services.
• Coordinate scheduling and secure providers for FSC appointments, day and evening.
• Develop partnerships with external agencies and coordinate grant opportunities.
• Lead district-wide safety, MTSS, DEI, and restorative practices initiatives.
• Supervise Student Services staff and participate in staffing decisions.
