Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years related work experience (experience may substitute for the degree).
• Experience coordinating large recruitment events.
• Proficiency in written communication and public speaking.
• Knowledge of FERPA restrictions and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily admissions and enrollment activities including processing, verification, orientation, communications, and follow-up.
• Supervise Admissions Counselors, staff, and cashiers; manage scheduling, onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Monitor enrollment data, timelines, and reporting; ensure timely documentation in college systems.
• Promote recruitment and enrollment strategies; collaborate with campus partners for student success.
• Handle confidential student information per policies and laws.
