New Beginnings High School is seeking a Director of Retention and Engagement who will act as a visible advocate for families, students, and community partners. You will drive enrollment growth, oversee the inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline, and coordinate retention strategies across campus teams with urgency, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, communications, marketing, public administration, social work, human services, or a related field preferred
• A minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in student enrollment, admissions, family engagement, recruitment, community outreach, customer service leadership, school operations, or a related field
• A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory, partnerships, and/or strategic growth experience is required
• Experience in public charter/public school, alternative education, or nonprofit education setting preferred
• Ability to meet measurable goals related to enrollment growth, prospect conversion, and retention

Responsabilidades

• Lead enrollment growth, family retention, and engagement initiatives with Principal and Directors of Academic Affairs
• Own and manage the inquiry-to-enrollment pipeline and conversion tracking
• Ensure timely contact and clear NBHS program explanations to prospects
• Develop structured prospect follow-up cadence with documented outreach
• Track enrollment indicators and retention risks with dashboards and reports
• Coordinate with school leadership to identify at-risk students and coordinate re-engagement plans
• Serve as family-facing contact for enrollment, re-enrollment, retention, and engagement questions
• Maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and community partners to support persistence and enrollment outcomes
• Coordinate onboarding after enrollment with welcome communications and orientation support
• Assist with recruitment, marketing, outreach, and retention while maintaining NBHS messaging
