Fusion Academy, Franklin, TN, is seeking a Director of StudentLife to shape a vibrant campus culture. You will mentor students, support social-emotional growth, and lead meaningful programs and activities in a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school serving grades 5-12.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience, with a focus on middle & high school students, and a creative, energetic approach to campus life. A background screening may apply for certain applicants.

As a Director of StudentLife, you'll shape a vibrant campus culture by mentoring each student, supporting their social-emotional growth, and leading meaningful programs and activities. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee our Homework Café, where students complete assignments and socialize.
• Lead student clubs, events, trips, and service projects.
• Mentor each student through personalized social-emotional support.
• Partner with staff to nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive campus community.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (required) and leadership experience.
• Experience working with middle & high school students.
• Passion for student development and social-emotional learning.

Pay Range

USD $58,000.00 - USD $63,000.00 /Yr.
