Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited private school providing 1-to-1 instruction for grades 5-12. As Director of Education at the Scottsdale campus, you will lead the academic program, ensure rigor, integrity, and quality, and foster a vibrant campus culture.

You will recruit and mentor teachers, drive outcomes with assessment data, and collaborate with staff to support personalized learning. This role requires a bachelor's degree and teaching/leadership experience, with a belief in student

• 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred
