Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12. As Director of Education, you will lead the academic program at your campus, ensuring academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training teachers, using assessment data to improve outcomes, and partnering with staff to create a safe, engaging learning environment. Employment is contingent on US work authorization.

As Director of Education, you will lead the academic program at your campus. Your work will ensure academic integrity, rigor, and quality while fostering campus culture! Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education or a related field — advanced degrees are a plus!
• 3+ years of teaching; school leadership experience preferred.

• Passion around personalized learning and student growth.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. If a bonus applies, more information will be given at offer.

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.
