Job summary

Harvard University seeks an Associate Director of Student Funding for the HMS Office of Graduate Education. You will drive strategic leadership and oversight of tuition, stipends, fellowships, and other student funding programs across PhD and master’s programs.

You’ll partner with campus stakeholders to design new funding workflows and modernize funding systems. You will supervise staff, build policy, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop dashboards and reports to support leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of sponsored research regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership and program management for HMS Office for Graduate Education student funding.
• Oversee administration of tuition, stipends, fellowships and other student funding.
• Develop and implement funding policies, workflows and reporting to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate fundraising and reporting with internal offices and affiliate hospitals.
• Represent the OGE on university committees and in stakeholder discussions.
