• Extensive knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, Section 504, FERPA, OCR guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead disability compliance and accommodation administration.
• Interpret disability laws and OCR guidance to ensure compliance.
• Oversee the review and evaluation of disability documentation for eligibility.
• Develop departmental policies and service delivery models promoting accessibility.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, HR, General Counsel and others to remove barriers to access.
