Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- Licensed PE in GA is required.
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- At least 5+ years in engineering leadership or management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development and improvement of technical processes and standards.
- Manage design projects from start to finish with a design team.
- QA/QC and staffing to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Staff development, reviews, and mentorship.
- Timesheet review and approval; monitor workload and utilization.
- Collaborate with Technical Director for reporting and projections.
- Review monthly department billings and project proposals.
