Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required (Georgia).
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• 5+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development and improvement of technical processes and standards.
• Overall project management success on all design projects for team, including QAQC.
• Staff development and progression, including employee reviews and mentorship.
• Timesheet review and approval.
• Track and manage employee workload and review utilization in collaboration with Technical Director.
• Work with Technical Director for accurate reporting on projections and for project proposals.
• Manage design projects by leading a design team.
