Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural/civil engineering and an Illinois SE license.
• Master’s degree or PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide the structural group to adhere to codes and standards.
• Provide early design direction and lead QA/QC across projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Oversee project submissions and revisions and mentor staff.
