Primera Engineers is seeking a Structural Engineering Director to guide the structural group, ensure projects comply with the latest codes and standards, and drive QA/QC, early design direction, and client communication.

This senior role may include project management, proposals, market growth, and strategic planning, with leadership over complex transportation projects and staff development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in structural/civil engineering and an Illinois SE license.
• Master’s degree or PE license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the structural group to adhere to codes and standards.
• Provide early design direction and lead QA/QC across projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Oversee project submissions and revisions and mentor staff.
