Job summary

FIJI Water seeks a Director of Strategy and Continuous Improvement to partner with executive leaders in identifying strategic challenges, developing growth plans, and delivering measurable improvements across supply chain, operations, and functions. The role requires leadership of a CI team and PMO, with travel to Fiji and U.S.

sites as needed. The position is based in West Los Angeles with a hybrid in-office schedule (Mon-Wed in-office; Thu-Fri remote) and up to 25% travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives through concept to implementation.
• Develop strategic plans aligning with long-term priorities and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and drive change.
• Oversee PMO governance and portfolio management for FIJI Water projects.
• Coach and develop Continuous Improvement capabilities and leaders.
• Drive Lean, problem-solving, and change management to eliminate waste.
