Job summary
The Wonderful Company, FIJI Water division, seeks a Director of Strategy and Continuous Improvement to partner with executives in shaping growth and operational excellence. Based in West Los Angeles with hybrid in-office and remote work, the role leads a PMO and drives Lean initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and Sales.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, finance, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- Demonstrable executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring measurable results.
- Oversee PMO governance, portfolio management, and cross-functional project delivery.
- Develop growth strategies and lean improvements to drive efficiency and scale.
- Build partnerships with senior leaders and mentor the Continuous Improvement team.
- Travel as needed to support business partners and initiatives.
