Job summary

The Wonderful Company, FIJI Water division, is seeking a Director of Strategy and Continuous Improvement in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives across functions, and guiding the PMO to deliver measurable business results.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational change, develop growth plans, and coach the Continuous Improvement team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, operations, technology, finance, or a related field.
• Includes 5 years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that support long-term priorities and operational excellence.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders to align stakeholders and drive change.
• Lead and mentor Continuous Improvement team and PMO resources.
• Oversee PMO governance, portfolio management, and project execution.
• Cultivate Continuous Improvement capabilities through coaching and training.
• Champion Lean and change-management methodologies to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Establish standardized processes, measures, and management systems.
