Job summary

Goodwin's Global Operations Team in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Strategic Vendor Management to own the strategic vendor portfolio, govern performance, and align procurement with business outcomes across offices.

You will lead vendor scorecards, oversee budgets, drive cost savings, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver high-quality service. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in vendor management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in vendor management, procurement, or related operations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide vendor initiatives and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vendor portfolio and oversee the Vendor Management Office.
• Develop vendor budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
• Drive vendor performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
• Oversee travel, facilities, and hospitality vendor programs.
• Provide regular leadership reporting on risks and opportunities.
