Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Director, Strategic Vendor Management to lead the Firm’s vendor strategy across administration, travel, and services. You will own budgets, governance, and service outcomes, partnering with Finance and senior leaders to maximize value across all offices.

The role requires extensive vendor management experience in complex environments, with strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills. This on-site position offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, procurement, outsourced services, operations, travel management, workplace services, hospitality, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic oversight of Goodwin's administrative vendor portfolio and budgets.
• Manage vendor performance with scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, and reviews.
• Lead governance for procurement, contract administration, risk, and onboarding.
• Oversee the Vendor Management Office and align services with business goals.
• Oversee travel vendor relationships and program performance.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and business cases.
• Provide leadership reporting on vendor spend, savings, and ROI.
