Job summary

APP is seeking an experienced procurement and supply chain leader to manage sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations across multiple sites, focusing on reducing total cost while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will drive long-term sourcing strategy, lead cross-functional teams, oversee supplier audits, and manage ERP-based procurement processes to strengthen supply chain resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15+ years in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and eProcurement.
• Proven track record reducing costs and leading transformation.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar vendor contracts.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, or CPPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract formation.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies to reduce risk and cost.
• Oversee supplier audits, performance metrics, and risk levels.
• Manage end-to-end internal supply chain across sites.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, and operations.
