Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an accomplished Director of Program Management to own end-to-end delivery of a strategically important new product with a Tier 1 partner. This program is already in flight with a committed delivery date in Q1 2027, and you will take command of the plan and drive it across the finish line.

You will manage budget, scope, and timeline across backend and frontend engineering, marketing, operations, and customer care, interfacing daily with the partner and senior leadership to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple streams.
• Experience managing external partner or client relationships at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery end to end: budget, scope, and timeline for a large cross-functional product launch with a firm Q1 2027 deadline.
• Act as daily point of contact with strategic partner and delivery lead.
• Coordinate and align workstreams across backend and frontend engineering, marketing, operations, and member care to ensure a seamless launch.
• Assess current state, validate plans, and close gaps to delivery.
• Maintain the integrated program plan with milestones, dependencies, and resources, serving as the single source of truth.
