ArtsBuild seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising, strengthen donor relations, and expand community support in Chattanooga. You’ll work with the President, staff, and Board to create sustainable philanthropy and inclusive practices.

You’ll drive annual strategies, oversee grants, grow major gifts and monthly donations, and cultivate corporate and foundation partnerships. A collaborative, mission-driven leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in fundraising, development, sales, business development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities with multitasking capability.
• Collaborative approach with staff, Board, donors, volunteers, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement annual and long-term fundraising strategies.
• Manage grants: identify opportunities, write proposals, coordinate staff contributions, and maintain annual grants calendar.
