Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a seasoned Growth & Strategy leader to expand partnerships, rollout tiered programs, and drive top-line revenue. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, CX, Marketing, and Finance to scale initiatives and validate opportunities through robust business cases.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, financial modeling, and strategic execution in a remote-friendly, US-focused environment. Compensation reflects market ranges for senior roles.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• At least 5+ years in a senior strategy, growth, or operations leadership role.
• Proven experience building business cases with market sizing and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Grow a cohort of existing ABC Fitness partnerships to drive more revenue and better customer experience.
• Establish and roll out partnership tiers with commensurate benefits.
• Drive retention within certified partners and build mutual action plans.
• Partner with Product, Sales and CX to drive revenue and awareness.
• Build a marketplace strategy to revamp and monetize the marketplace.
• Provide insights on partner trends to drive innovation and partnerships.
• Develop rigorous business cases including market sizing, ROI, and validation.
• Ensure initiatives are on time and on budget with measurable top-line impact.
• Create scalable frameworks to monitor and expand successful initiatives.
• Serve as trusted partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and Ops.
