Job summary

Healthy Birth Day, Inc. is seeking a Director of Advancement to lead revenue growth, fundraising development, and strategic partnerships.

You will head a cross-functional team, manage grants and large accounts, and collaborate with the CEO to set fund-raising strategy and drive organizational growth. The role requires building long-term relationships with donors, health partners, and industry leaders, while aligning programs with mission and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in business development and nonprofit fundraising.
• Maternal health or public health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advancement strategies with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Cultivate and manage donor relationships and major grants.
• Oversee budgeting for the advancement function and ensure alignment with goals.
