Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of events and programs engaging alumni, donors, corporate partners, students, parents, and the public.
• Direct multiple service contractors and vendors; evaluate platforms and services to meet campus policies.
• Ensure smooth events, resolve problems tactfully and discreetly.
• Develop resources for defined constituencies that strengthen affiliation with the college.
• Oversee design, purchasing and inventory of promotional items.
• Act as events consultant to college units.
• Supervise Engagement Programs team and manage performance, recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage annual cost center budgets and ensure costs stay within allocations.
• Develop reporting tools to assess engagement and program effectiveness.
• Design programs in line with strategic priorities and conduct benchmarking.
