Qualifications

• MS or BS with significant industry experience in statistical programming.
• Strong SAS programming and macro development skills.
• Pharmaceutical clinical trial experience and regulatory awareness.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience and prior experience leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of statistcal programming professionals.
• Develop and enforce programming standards and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across therapeutic areas.
• Provide strategic input to support regulatory submissions and data analyses.
• Mentor and develop staff, manage resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate complex programming concepts to scientists and stakeholders.
