Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to guide a team of statistical programmers in early development. You will lead SAS programming for ADaM data and Tables, Listings, and Figures, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment across studies and indications.

You will collaborate with Statistics, Data Sciences, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing and Clinical Operations while mentoring staff and driving efficient resource planning.

Qualifications

MS or BS with significant experience in statistical programming
Experience leading a team of statistical programmers
Strong knowledge of CDISC standards and drug development processes
Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written form

Responsibilities

Leads statistical programming activities for a compound/indication in early development.
Manages a team and resource planning for assigned staff.
Ensures timely deliverables and adherence to quality processes.
Develops SAS programs for ADaM data sets and Tables, Listings, and Figures.
Oversees documentation for regulatory filings and development of standard macros.
