This hybrid role leads a team of programmers across multiple indications, ensuring timely, high-quality analyses that align with the clinical development strategy and regulatory expectations. You will establish and maintain SOPs, provide strategic direction for data standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support decision-making and submissions.

Competenze

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• BS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly competent in SAS programming and Macro development.
• Pharmaceutical experience with clinical trials, including familiarity with FDA/EMEA expectations and NDA/BLA or ISS/ISE experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience and experience leading direct reports.

• Oversee a team of statistical programmers, ensuring efficient, high-quality deliverables.
• Set long- and short-term programming standards and ensure alignment with regulatory guidance.
• Provide strategic guidance on CRF design, database standards, and analysis dataset specifications.
