Job summary

Qualifications

• RN or LVN/LPN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care in long-term care.
• 2+ years planning, implementing, and evaluating education programs.
• Current CPR certification.
• Continuing education/licensing must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring of staff.
• Plan, conduct and document in-service education programs.
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefit documentation.
• Provide direct resident/patient care when needed.
• Plan and conduct in-service education and drills as required.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure regulatory compliance.
