Rock Creek Care Center in Auburn, CA is seeking a full-time Director of Staff Development (DSD) to lead nursing education, oversee training programs, and mentor a collaborative team in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active California LVN license, DSD certification, and proven experience in staff development within a skilled nursing facility, with strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and exceptional leadership.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)
