Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Stabilization Services to provide administrative and clinical leadership across CSP-HI Stabilization, Tenancy Preservation, and Enhanced Navigation programs.

The role drives service expansion and quality assurance and builds strategic partnerships with funding entities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of statewide resources, experience operationalizing trauma-informed care, harm reduction principles, and a Housing

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or closely related field with independent licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale project management or senior level human service leadership.
• Extensive working knowledge of services and resources statewide.

Responsibilities

• General administrative and clinical oversight of CSP-HI Stabilization, Tenancy Preservation, and Enhanced Navigation programs.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive workplace culture across programs.
• Oversee diversification and expansion of in-home service elements leveraging resources from ACOs, grants, and other funding sources.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of leadership and field staff across programs.
• Collaborate on procurement of expansion projects and annual reports for programs.
• Provide clinical and systemic guidance to address high-risk client needs with trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary huddles with program leadership and staff weekly.
• Analyze systems of care and modify processes to maximize mission effectiveness.
