Perfect Performance NOVA is seeking a Director of Sports Programs to lead the creation and growth of new programs and initiatives. You will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Sales & Marketing to launch and stabilize programs under the Perfect Performance umbrella.

The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, strong finance skills, and the energy to manage coaches, budgets, and contracts while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work remotely with in-person meetings as needed.
• Leadership and teamwork capability.
• Strong numerical and financial reporting skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Confident to speak candidly and own results.
• Experience creating budgets and contracts.
