Qualifications

• Five years of leadership and organizational management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proven fundraising success including partnerships and grants.
• Strategic planning and policy development experience.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting.
• Ability to recruit, manage, and retain staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the GOTR NOVA vision to public and private organizations.
• Develop and oversee fundraising plans with partners, sponsors, and grants.
• Lead strategy for organizational growth, partnerships, and revenue diversification.
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and administration within approved guidelines.
• Recruit, manage, and develop staff and volunteers; ensure HR practices and performance evaluations.
