We’re looking for a Director of Specification Sales - West Accent and Downlighting Products to join Cooper Lighting Solutions as a Home Based employee in the United States, ideally located in the western USA including Texas.

As the Director of Specification Sales for West Accent and Downlighting products, you will be responsible for growing Cooper Lighting Solutions' specification products from brands such as Portfolio, Halo Commercial, Iris, RSA, Halo, and Halo Track.
The role requires travel throughout Western North America to collaborate with sales managers and independent agents, educating and motivating them to secure specifications that lead to sales of our leading linear and ambient brands.

You'll contribute to bringing these products to market, collaborating with product and R&D teams. Salary: $139,000 - $200,000
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
