We’re seeking a Director of Specification Sales - West Accent and Downlighting Products to join Cooper Lighting Solutions as a home-based employee in the United States, ideally located in the western USA, including Texas.

As the Director of Specification Sales for West Accent and Downlighting products, you will be responsible for growing the specification products of Cooper Lighting Solutions from brands such as Portfolio, Halo Commercial, Iris, RSA, Halo, and Halo Track.
This role requires travel throughout Western North America to collaborate with a diverse team of sales managers and independent agents, educating and motivating them to secure specifications that lead to sales of our leading linear and ambient brands.

Salary: $139,000 - $200,000
Bonus: Target 35% sales incentive
