Qualifications

• Industry experience: 3–5 years in commercial janitorial operations, specialty floor care, or restoration services.
• Sales aptitude: proven experience in B2B service sales or facility service estimation.
• Leadership traits: goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated.
• Communication: ability to present technical cleaning proposals to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: achieve at least 10% CAGR in gross profit via new business and upselling.
• Client Engagement: conduct 3–5 face-to-face client meetings per week with a 25/75 pipeline split.
• Pipeline Management: qualify accounts, perform on-site walkthroughs, quote labor/equipment/materials.
• Relationship Building: maintain partnerships with property managers and building owners for long-term contracts.
• Operational Execution: supervise cleaning crews, scheduling, staffing, and budgets per SOPs.
• Technical Guidance: act as SME for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and floor care procedures.
• Training & Safety: provide hands-on training and enforce safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: conduct field inspections and step in as lead technician when needed.
